Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled "within 24 hours of placing the order" or "before the item is shipped", whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please email us at sm@enterstage.store or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8714689898 with your "Order ID".
If your order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still be eligible to request an exchange or refund once the item is delivered, as per the conditions outlined below.
There is no cancellation fees for eligible cancellations.

Exchange: We’re happy to offer an exchange for size-related issues within 15 days of receiving your order.
Refund: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you can request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- For damaged or defective items, an "unboxing video" clearly showing the issue is required as proof.
- The item must be "unused", "unwashed", and "returned in its original packaging" with all tags intact.
- "Change-of-mind", "personal dislike", or "preference-related reasons" are "not eligible" for return or refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email us at sm@centerstage.store or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8714689898 with your "Order ID" and a brief description of the issue.
2. For damaged items, include unboxing video as a proof of damage.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
- You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
