Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled "within 12 hours of placing the order" or "before the item is shipped", whichever is earlier.

If your order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still be eligible to request an exchange once the item is delivered, as per the conditions outlined below.
There is no cancellation fees for eligible cancellations.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer an exchange for size-related issues within 15 days of receiving your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund:
- For damaged or defective items, an "unboxing video" clearly showing the issue is required as proof.
- The item must be "unused", "unwashed", and "returned in its original packaging" with all tags intact.
Note: "Change-of-mind", "personal dislike", or "preference-related reasons" are "not eligible" for return or refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
- You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
